Why is there water in my conditioner?
The water in the bottom of the conditioner is used for the regeneration cycle. The water is made into salt brine and flushed through the resin chamber in order to clean and regenerate your conditioner.

How much salt do I put in my conditioner?
Put no more than 18 inches from the ground up. If you over fill your conditioner it can warp the shell, or create a salt dome preventing the conditioner from working properly. If you are unsure about the amount, give our office a call. 18 inches is roughly two bags of salt from empty.

How often do I need to change my filters?
If you are on municipal water, you would need a filter change on average once per year. However, some of the filters are rated to last longer than others. We will only change filters that need to be changed.
If you are on well-water, you may need to change the filters more often, depending on the level of contaminants in your water source.

I just purchased my 7 Stage RO, why is there bubbles?
There may be bubbles in the water because you filters are new. After a month or so the air bubbles will work themselves out. If you fill a glass and the bubbles rise, it is just air, if you fill a glass and the bubbles sink, give our office a call during regular office hours.
